Banquet Director

Stephen has a  Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management and an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts. He also has more than 10 years of banquet experience, with a strong background in private clubs and luxury resorts, including the Charlotte City Club in Charlotte, NC and more recently, Cavallo Point Lodge.

Moira Gubbins

Event Director

Moira brings over 20 years of event production and wedding coordination experience. She has owned her own event production company and has managed private events at an exclusive Pacific Heights mansion. She has extensive experience planning and producing events in the Bay Area and the Wine Country and loves to work closely with her clients to discover the vision and  bring their celebration to life. Moira is a perfectionist who aims to surpass her clients’ expectations in every aspect of event management.

Jody Sherman

Event Sales Manager

Jody was most recently the Sales Manager with The Lodge at Tiburon and has been with Marriott, General Electric and Interstate Hotels. Her accomplishments include Rookie of the Year with the Berkley Group and the President’s Award from Access America. Jody has been part of the Marin community for many years.

Mario Pampin

Executive Chef

Mario’s diverse culinary experience includes working with renowned chefs at Frantoio, Buckeye Roadhouse, and Insalata’s. As chef at Piatti and Boca, Mario’s specials hinged on local organic ingredients, Mediterranean infusion, and traditional Neapolitan pizza in a 650° oven.
