Stephen has a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management and an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts. He also has more than 10 years of banquet experience, with a strong background in private clubs and luxury resorts, including the Charlotte City Club in Charlotte, NC and more recently, Cavallo Point Lodge.
Over the past five years, Tricia has planned hundreds of events, including birthdays, anniversary parties, bar/bat mitzvahs, and weddings. She is involved in many event organizations and is always looking for the newest trends and creative approaches. Tricia's dedication, love and passion for the events industry inspired her to create unique and memorable events for each and every client.
Catering Sales Manager
Susan Sarfaty brings over 20 years of extensive selling and managing experience in catering and events. Her background includes working at some of Northern California’s most luxurious properties, most recently the Villagio Inn & Spa in Napa Valley and the Hyatt Vineyard Creek. While Susan has worked in all markets, she brings her client dedication and sincere desire to connect with customers in the corporate and non-profit markets. Her passion for hospitality and the high quality customer service she gives, has contributed to her success in the industry.
Mario’s diverse culinary experience includes working with renowned chefs at Frantoio, Buckeye Roadhouse, and Insalata’s. As chef at Piatti and Boca, Mario’s specials hinged on local organic ingredients, Mediterranean infusion, and traditional Neapolitan pizza in a 650° oven.
Ross grew up in a golf and hospitality management family starting his career at Sunningdale, Westchester, and Pinehurst Country Clubs as well as ownership experience with his Downeast Sporting Clubs in Topsham, ME. He brings over 30 years of experience serving the needs of golfers, brides and party planners. He looks forward to serving your event and golf needs.
